Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in case of:
Defective or damaged product
Incorrect item received
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Return Process

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
Customers are required to send the product back to our provided return address
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless it’s our mistake)

Refund Amount

In case of refund, delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount
Only the product value will be refunded

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
